London – Kitchen

This room was done my the landlord! A blessing for one room I didn’t have to do myself! 😉

I did design the layout though, when the landlord arrived to do the planning, I had already drawn a plan of what I wanted, and so he just put it into the computer software, exactly as I wanted.

Normally you don’t get to choose and they just copy whats already in place, but I had lived with it long enough to know that it wasn’t right and needed changing, especially to fit in my new American style fridge freezer.

This landlord actually did the electrical wiring properly too, where most landlords these days put all the wires on the outside of the walls and inside trunking, which is ugly and unsightly! And a nightmare to paint around!

I was extremely happy with the outcome, it took them about 8 days to complete, and a hell of a lot of mess in the house, but they did a fantastic job.

I chose the light green white and black colours and the guy said no one had ever chosen these mixes of colours before and he was pleasantly surprised with how good it looked at the end!
