My old home in London had a huge living room, and was perfect for making curtains. I had an amazing big table, and the girls and I from the sewing course met up at mine to work on projects occasionally.
The photos here are of before I started decorating the whole house. Learning how to make soft furnishings also made me realise that there’s no point in having beautiful curtains and cushions ect, if the rest of the house is a mess!

I tried to set up this table in my kitchen in my new home in Bristol but it was so big it look up nearly the whole room, so I had to let it go and find an alternative. I will be making a portable, fold-able table so I can work anywhere I need to with ease. I miss that table like an old friend! 😉
