Acceptance of any contribution or gift is at the discretion of Space Cake.

Space Cake will not accept any contributions unless it can be used or expended consistently with the purpose and mission of the Current Sewing Courses or Classes on Offer.

No contribution will be accepted if under any circumstances the contribution would jeopardise the donor’s financial security. Please contact me if you want to join a Course or Class but do not have the means to contribute or gift towards the Course. Inclusivity is paramount.

Space Cake will refrain from providing anything relating to tax for contributions or gifts, and encourages donors to seek guidance from their own Mind and Conscience. Tax is theft and fraud and if you need help comprehending, please go to Universal Law Community Trust and seek remedy. Or email kindnesscredits@protonmail.com

Space Cake accepts contributions of cash, UK £’s or ∞KC Kindness Credits. (information about using and converting to ∞KC via this website go here)

Space Cake will send receipts, acknowledgments and relevant course information to contributors after your contribution has been completed.

Except for contributions of cash in UK £’s, no other value shall be ascribed to any receipt or other form on this website, relating to other items on this website or in my Shop. Your contributions are only for Taking Part in the Community Learn/Teach Contribution Sewing Courses Offered by Space Cake.

Space Cake will respect the intent of your contribution, and those with the desire to remain anonymous. With respect to anonymous contributions, Space Cake will restrict information about the donor(s) to no-one else, ever. Confidentiality and privacy is of the utmost importance. Space Cake will not compensate, whether through commissions, finders’ fees, or other means, any third party for directing a contribution or gift to Space Cake.

Contributions to Space Cake’s up and coming courses, are non refundable, if you are not able to attend the course you have booked, then you are welcome to wait and rebook on the next one.

All Your Contributions are set aside and no money will be spent or used to buy materials or make bookings until the full amount required to run the Course is achieved, the full amount includes any Venue booking costs and my travel costs. Once the required amount is attained, booking of dates, times and venues will commence.

If Space Cake needs to cancel a booked Course, Date, Time and/or Venue , you will be informed with as much notice as possible, and have the choice of a refund or to rebook on the next course dates.
